DJ Suketu, a name in the music industry who changed the way of music by introducing infamous remixes in the market.
His skills were fostered by a four time UK Champion and two times World Champion DJ Cut Master Swift at Disco Mixing Club (DMC) which was headquartered in Burnham.
Later on, DJ Suketo went on to win DMC in 1999 and became number one DJ in Mumbai and also represented India in the World DJ Mixing Championships held at New York.
His first release was ‘440 Volts’ in 2002. One of his singles ‘Pyar Zindagi Hai’ rules the charts for almost eight weeks. His songs ‘Bin Tere Sanam’ was an overnight sensation which debuted the Indi pop charts at No 1 and ruled it for 20 weeks and was also awarded as the Best Remix of the year by MTV India.
DJ Suketu has workd with some of the big music composers in the industry like Pritam, Adnan Sami, Shankar Ehsan Loy, Himesh Reshammiya and Vishal Shekhar. He collaborated with composer and singer Atif Aslam in 2004 to recreate 'Woh Lamhe' a song from the movie Zeher became timeless and an eternal favourite of millions.
DJ Suketo was also invited to be a celebrity guest on Sony TV to judge the remix round of the reality show K for Kishore.
He is one of the best DJ of the world and is amongst the top musicians in Bollywood.
