Gaurav Bhatia is a senior advocate at the Supreme Court of India. In 2017, he was appointed as the National Spokesperson of the Bharatiya Janata Party.In 2012, he was appointed as an additional advocate general (AGG) for the Akhilesh Yadav government; however, in 2016, his position was revoked by the Uttar Pradesh government.
