Gayatri Gopichand Pullela is an Indian badminton player, who mainly participates in the women’s double and mixed doubles category in various badminton tournaments. In 2022, she qualified for the Commonwealth Games organised in Birmingham, England.She followed the footsteps of her parents, and at the age of 7, she started playing badminton. In an interview, she shared how she thought of making a career as a badminton player. She said, At first I used to play only for fun, but then I started liking it. And my parents also wanted me to play.”.By the age of 15, she became India’s No. 1 in Badminton in the under-17 age group. She then participated in the Asian Games (2018) held in Jakarta.
